The Development Appraisal Of Recycling Economy Of Hebei Province

The sustainable development is one of the mian development strategies of economy and society in Hebei province. Recycling economy is the main road to sustainable development. It's urgent to evaluate the development of recycling economyAccording to the contradiction between economy development and resources and environment condition, this paper points out the objective necessarity of recycling economy in Hebei province. This paper sets up a evaluation system of recycling economy, and then gives a evaluation by AHP about recycling economy of Hebei and 11 areas. According the the evaluation,we find Hebei Province is divided into two phases and 2005 is a turning point. Hebei Province is in a low level from 2002 to 2006,and 2005 is a turning point. The whole level has progress. At the same time, the development of 11 areas is evaluated, and find the 11 areas were not at the same level.And finally, this paper gives some advices in order to promote to the development of recycling economy. At last the paper points out that a better industrial structure, technological development, a better energy structure, cleaner production and implement of ISO14000 can give a power to the development of recycling economy.
