Studies On Evaluation System For Recycling Economy Development In Zhejiang Province

To develop recycling economy is the fundamental approach to relieve the resources shortage and keep the balance between environment and economic development. It is strategically and practically significance to construct Evaluation System for Recycling Economy Development in Zhejiang Province.Firstly, the system info , the developing trends home and abroad of the recycling economy and the accomplishments of the present evaluation system are systematically dissertated, which gives the whole background of theories and methods. Secondly, the connotation of recycling economy is brought a new recognition and boundary, then the evaluation model and theory index system are constructed on base of it.
