At last, explore the urban agglomeration in China on the issue of competitiveness and direction.Secondly, according to the competitiveness of urban agglomeration basic concepts and characteristics of content, Comprehensive, workable, comparable-hing, dynamic, systematic, level of principle, we establish a set of evaluation index system on the basis of the Statistical Yearbook. The index system can not only reflects the actual building situation of the central city group of the six provinces, but also reflect the competitiveness of the city group.Thirdly, According to the competitiveness of urban agglomeration evaluation index system, we make in-depth quantitative analysis with factor analysis and statistical analysis of the central city group competitive conduct.
