Commercial Bank Personal Loan Business Process Research

With the development of economic and the raise of the living standards of the people, all commercial banks increasingly attach importance to the development of personal loan business and have made great progress yet as well. However, the commercial banks in china are still in the traditional loan mode. And multitudes of problems have existed in its process, like it has not been scientific and efficient, in addition, it faces different standards, low efficiency and has lengthy procedure. Exactly, these problems have become the key factor of restricting the further development of the personal loan business. The papers I've written takes the studying of the personal loan business process of the commercial banks as the basic principle, and use the research methods of both theoretical study and practical way. By using the theory and experience of foreign personal loan business of commercial banks for our reference, in order to analyze the problems existed in the personal loan business process of commercial banks in china. In addition, combining with the study of the construction bank's practice experience of it's reconstruction of its procedure, to put forward that the personal loan business in our commercial banks should change to loan-to-center model and establish standardized, intensive, specialized personal loan business procedure. By doing that, to make the procedure more scientific and efficient, and to control risks and improve the quality of the credit funds through management of the process.
