Personal housing loan business if canlong-term healthy and effective development, must make commercial bank profits, but the business thereare scattered loan time limit is long, the customer, some characteristics, such as information asymmetry,thus commercial Banks will face for a long time customer income changes, the potential risks of the realestate market cycle changes, after a long-term accumulation of these risks, once exposed, will bringunexpected losses to the bank and disasters, therefore, to study and explore the personal housing loan riskprevention and control measures, to ensure stable operation of commercial Banks, and even the stability ofthe macroeconomic development has important significance.In this paper, both the qualitative analysis on the research methods, and quantitative analysis, andalso the specification of the theory analysis, into the practical problems.
