In the context of economic globalization, China is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges, and the implementation of human management is the inevitable choice. Different management thinking in different countries show its own characteristics in the implementation of human management. In practice, some managers have attached great importance to management practices, management attitudes, but often overlooked management thinking which hidden in management practices and management attitudes. So when foreign human management ideas were introducted, it would not be situatable in china. In theoretical study, rare articles have researched on human management from the the perspective of management thinking, and it has showed a certain sense to study building human management mode from a management perspective thinking in China. This study is aimed to present China's human management strategies, and promote the development of China's human management basing on the impact of the American, Japanese and Chinese-style management thinking.This Paper studied the meaning, elements, characteristics and types of management thinking by theoretical analysis. On this basis, the features, causes and respective advantages and disadvantages of management thinking in the United States, Japan, and China were analyzed. Then, by case studies, we studied how three kinds of management thinking of the United States, Japan, and China influenced human management, through seven areas such as the corporate culture, personnel selection, employment relationship, career development, remuneration systems, management orientation andtraining. Finally, some misunderstandings of our human management were analyzed, and some improved strategies were provided.After the study, serial Chinese-style human management models are builded as following strategys:1. rational use of three kinds of management thinking in the high, medium and low levels; 2, rational use of " emotional, Reasonable and legal management system"; 3, establishment of organizational culture around a common prosperity team; 4, the implementation of participatory management; 5, achievement of Human automation.
