"Internet thinking" as the theme of the times was reported as special subject. It was popular in the field of electronic commerce. The thinking model based on the Internet itself and derivative characteristic subverted the traditional business model. It’s different from traditional home appliance enterprises operating thinking, its essence is a kind of innovation of "user-centered" management concept. Based on this, the research of home appliance enterprise human resources transformation under the Internet thinking has important significance and value.Based on the research of the new forms of home appliance enterprises under the Internet economy, this paper compared the successful cases in the field of "user-centric" of Internet companies and summarized the new business model of home appliance enterprise, took it as precondition, researched the strategic transformation of human resource management from "human" to "ecosystem" under the Internet thinking in depth. Form the human resource ecosystem of "user-centric" in it everyone is maker, and deeply analyze from "choose"、 "train"、"remain"、"resign" four modules. From user interaction to cultivating maker fans circle and to the KPI management system of the whole maker at last form registered and on line human resource management mode and reach the "slimming" effect of traditional organization, realize the transformation of enterprise organization becomes micro and the whole become maker. Through the analysis of Haier human resource management strategic transformation under the Internet thinking, falling to maker micro case, it verified the feasibility and value of human resource management strategic transformation scheme.In the age of the Internet enterprise human resource management from "manage human" to "manage resource ecosystem", from" manage company insider" to "manage social resource person", that transform human resource management into dynamic interaction management mode and become the boosting power of enterprise operating in efficiency. At the same time fully motivate and arouse the enthusiasm of the human and realize motility and creation of "human" as a kind of "resource" and "capital".
