As one of the tools for modem management, effective performance appraisal system can help enterprises to accomplish their mission and to create best performance, becoming continuous motive resource for enterprises development. With enterprises competition becoming fiercer, competition for talent will be the most crucial aspect. Human resource management, especially performance appraisal, has become an important project in enterprise business management. In this dissertation, the staff performance appraisal of Lianyungang Jinxipu Communications Limited is studied. First, the related theories of performance appraisal is to be introduced. Then, on the basis of the integrated application of performance appraisal theories and methods, the study on the staff performance appraisal system of Lianyungang Jinxipu Communications Limited is conducted. The existing problems of the company's existing staff performance appraisal and the impact have been identified. This paper describes the details of solutions to the problems existing in the system of staff performance appraisal of Lianyungang Jinxipu Communications Limited. The solution falls into following parts:performance appraisal evaluation index system for by means of KPI and BSC; the application of 360-degree performance appraisal method; optimizations of the performance appraisal process; strengthening performance feedback and complaints channels; and strengthening the utilization of performance evaluation results. The conclusion of the research is made on the basis of the above study. |
