Recently,more and more real estate companies have appeared on the market.And the number of real estate companies with an annual output value of more than 100 billion has exceeded ten.The development of the real estate industry is related to the development of many related industries(such as engineering materials,cement sand,decoration and green hardcover,etc.).It also plays a very important role in the development of China's economic system;however,as land prices,raw material prices,and labor costs continue to rise,the profit model and space of real estate companies are also facing great challenges.Real estate enterprises,especially those with weak ability to resist ventures,must improve their business level and profitability if they want to have a place in the competition.Therefore,it is imperative to implement a proper performance management system.Not only for a certain enterprise,but also in the current situation that the overall management level system of the real estate industry is relatively extensive,each enterprise must strengthen its strategic operation and managenent level.The performance management system of human resources management is an important part of itThis study starts from the status quo of performance management of real estate enterprises in China,discusses the necessity and importance of performance management in the development of real estate companies,and discusses how to establish an efficient performance appraisal system.As a fast-growing real estate company,Jinan K Real Estate's lack of performance management system is representative of similar enterprises.This paper analyzes the status quo of performance management of Jinan K Real Estate Company,and analyzes the status quo of K property management,the problems reflected in the implementation and management process,and the causes of the problems,use management theory and tools to propose corresponding solutions and follow up on the effects of subsequent implementation or forecast implementation.This paper intends to build a performance management system,combine the enterprise strategy with the performance goal,pay attention to the whole process of performance appraisal,feedback and improvement,and lay a foundation for the strategic landing and performance goal realization of the enterprise.At the same time,in practical sense,it provides reference and reference for similar situations of other real estate companies.It is hoped that when China's real estate industry develops at a high speed and the management system and system construction are relatively backward,it will promote the management system of China's real estate industry,especially the human resources management system.The core of this paper's innovation lies in the introduction of strategic maps and balanced scorecards to determine performance indicators.The use of Delphi and AHP to confirm the proportion of performance weights is scientific.The shortcoming of the article is that K Real Estate Company is small in scale,the sample indicators are not big enough,and because of the strong management of the headquarters,the innovation is limited.
