China's Participation In Intro-product Specialization

Intro-product specialization is a new form of intenational specialization,which starts from 1960th.Intro-product specialization developed fastly inthe last several decades.Processing trade is the main form for developing country to attend the intro-product specialization,China started to develop procesing trade from the end of 1970th,up to now,China has made great achivement in the processing trade both in trade scale and export product structure. The extent of evolment in th intro-product specialization also lifted to a higher level. How ever,if we analyse the processing trade from the view of value chain,the conclution is that. China is still in the middle of the internatioal value chain,the value adding and profit making ability are very weak.If we do not upgrade our spot in the value chain, it is probable that China will be locked in the middle of the value chain,it is not favorable for China. Considering the present situation,Our research on China's participation in the intro-product specialization is meaningful for China to upgrade the spot in the value chain.This paper is divided into five chapters,chapter one is introduction of the paper,chapter two is intro-product specialization theroy, chapter three is China's comparative advantage and in the intrnational specialization system,by analysing the comparative and trade competitiveness to approve china is still in the middle of the value chain,chapter four is demonstrative analysis,this paper use analytic hierarchy process to analyse factors which impact China's particpation in the intro-product specialization we consider policy,production factor,related industry and market demand into the model,we calculate the factor's weights in the model,by comparing the size of the different factor's weights in order to indentify which factor has the largest impact,the weights of the related industry is 0.317,the weights of the production factor is 0.317,the weights of the policy is 0.151,the weights of the market is 0.107,finally,this paper put some advices for government and enterprise what to do on how to improve the status in the value chain under the intro-product specialization.
