Leader Of China's Administrative Ethics Probe Into The Loss

Nowadays our country is in a complicated unstable period of social transformation, due to the lagging construction of administrative ethics, there appear many problems, so it is imperative to strengthen the administrative leaders'ethical consciousness. The construction of administrative ethics is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization building, a necessary requirement to implement the general plan of administrating the country by a combination of legal and moral ruling, and a major guarantee to improve leaders'quality and to maintain social stability. For such considerations, this research is planned to analyze the reasons for the present failures in administrative ethics from both external and internal aspects.Besides, this thesis is trying to explore the ethics construction from concepts, regulations and behaviors. Through constructing an administrative ethics system from value principle, legalization, and moralization, it is supposed to improve leaders'integrated quality and to build a harmonious society.However, as the research of administrative ethics is at an early-stage in our country, it deserves more attention and effort to prevent the failures and problems in leaders'administration, and to realize the value goals in administrative ethics construction.
