China's High-tech Enterprise Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Model

In this paper, high-tech listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai stock market are chosen as samples, which is from 2005 to 2008, do empirical study of our nation's high-tech listed enterprises and establish a R&D performance measurement model and arrival at some important conclusions.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. This part mainly discusses the meaning, the purpose of the paper. Also give a definition of conception related. And then, this part discuss the innovation and the direction of research in future.The second part is literature summarization, concluding Chinese and foreign literature.The third part is analyse the present situation of our nation's R&D.We describe it from three aspects:R&D invest, R&D output and R&D performance to describe the 58 enterprises situation.The fourth part is the empirical study of establish a R&D performance measurement model. This part uses factorial analysis to establish a R&D performance and explain how to use it through the example of 2008 data. At last, this part use cluster and discriminant analysis to classify the data sample.The fifth part is some conclusion and appraisal. This part discasses the conclusions and the meaning of establishing the R&D performance measurement model and gives some appraisals.
