China's Life Insurance Company Internal Control

After China's participation in the WTO, the risks China's life insurance companies facing are apparent in a increasingly liberalized financial and insurance industry. Under the circumstance,'Internal Control System Construction of Chinese Life Insurance Company'is a worth concerned issue which has double meanings from the angles of both theory and practice.In this paper which focuses on qualitative analysis, we can see the integrated application of comparative analysis, fact analysis and other scientific and standard research methods. At the same time, much knowledge from many subjects like Insurance, Management and Venture Management is borrowed to examine the internal control system in China's life insurance companies. The paper starts by briefly summarizing of internal control theories. Following analyzing the problematic issues and relevant foreign experience, we draw some lessons from them. We summarize the strategy of our country Life insurance Company internal control system's establishment and perfection.There are three innovation points in my paper:First, I thoroughly analyzed the definition of the Internal Control in the Regulations on Building and Evaluating the Internal Control System in China's Life insurance Companies (on trail), and pointed out insufficient of the definition of the Internal Control;Second, standing on China's Life insurance Profession supervision point, I thoroughly analyzed reason of backwardness;Third, to Promote our country Life insurance Companies healthy development, I researched the method on building the internal control system on the whole and try to discuss it with the association of all the business factors.There must be shortcomings in this article because of my limited theory level and rare working experience. I hope all the readers can give me some suggestions. In the later years of studying and working, I will further investigate on this topic and try to make it better.
