Commercial Banks In China Personal Financial Services Development Research

With China's rapid development and the increase of China's income per person, the investment demand of people in China is higher. The traditional investment product can not meet the need, so the professional finance demand get developed. After that, every commercial banks are joining in this trend and develop their private finance transact. On the other hand, there exists a round of bull market from the year of 2005 to the end of 2007, which serves as a push to the private finance industry. However, the private finance are blocked by the market in China and has met with some problems. The supply of such transact are far less its demand, which signifies us to borrow some advanced experience from some developed countries. Combining the current situation of our commercial banks, we should explore a new way which is suitable for private finance transact commercial banks in China. Therefore, it is our priority to make the private finance industry more stronger, more prominent.this paper is based on the subject of private finance transact in commercial banks, analyzing the current situation of private finance transaction, development, its relevant problems and risk countermeasures.
