With t the rapid development of Sino-US trade relation's, the increasing unbalance in Sino-America trade showed an upward trend year by year, China has replaced Japan to become America's biggest trade deficit countries of origin. This unbalances has affected the normal development of the trade relations between the two countries, an it also made an negative influence to the development of the trade relations. Under the financial crisis background, the change of the imbalance trade has become the focus point both at home and abroad. This paper holds the following point, in the short term, China-US trade imbalance will continue to maintain; but in the long term, this will not be sustainable. In the context of the financial crisis, the two sides should treat this trade imbalance rational, and take the initiative to assume the responsibility as the big countries, and then promote the world economic development and recovery.
