This article concludes the features of woman employment form the angles of woman's biological, social and psychological traits and basing on the social discrimination theory, gender human capital theory, and feminist natural endowment theory and so on. Then the article analyses the professions that construct the company of CVGS according to the conclusion. By measuring the adaptation between the features of female and the requirements of professions, this article infers the employment rate of woman in which profession is easy to contain occupational gender segregation, and finally compares the inference with the actual situation to verify its correctness. As a result, the author finds that the occupational gender segregation within CVGS is very obvious. By further discussion the author discover that such situation is also similar in the same professions of other companies which businesses much resemble CVGS. Among many causes that restrict the equal employment of woman:the impacts from biological aspect have become smaller and smaller, the impacts from sex socialization are the most, whereas there has huge potential hiding in the psychology of woman. So the article suggests that the reform of education, society and company must be put forward at the same time if we want to solve these problems in female issues.
