In 21 century, most of the developed countries and some of the developing countries have already witnessed the aging of population. Home and abroad theories and practices have improved that the aging of population will have several aspects of influence to a country or area's economic development. Because the economic development stage and level are different between different countries and different areas, and because the changing of age frame is different all over the world, so the influence of the aging of population to economic development is different as well.The aging of population is the outcome that human society develops to a certain stage. It refers to the social development process of the rising proportion of aged people among total population and the old trend of a certain country or a certain area. The reason for aging is due to the continuous decline of birth rate and mortality rate, and due to the prolonging of life span. The decline of birth rate and mortality rate as well as prolonging of life span is the inevitable outcome of social productivity progress.At present, China's productivity is low and social economy is still in the undeveloped stage. The aging of population will influence the development of society. So, we should base on reform, development and stability, based on establishing harmony society, to focus on the problem of aging of population and to resolve the aging phenomenon.This thesis tries to find out how the aging of population affects the influence on the economical development in our country based on the existed results, and use the successful experience on how to deal with the aging of population of foreign countries to countermeasure the bad influence of economical development due to the aging of population of our country.
