Economic Analysis On Population Aging

Population aging has become a global topic,it is the inevitable trend of the development of human society,is the inevitable result of the improvement of the level of productivity.Since the beginning of the century,both Japan,South Korea,Germany and other developed countries,such as China,India and other developing countries are faced with the impact of economic growth and social development.In this paper,Hunan Province as the object of analysis,from the population aging on the production,savings,industrial structure,distribution and consumption and other economic point of entry to carry out theoretical and empirical economic analysis.The first part of this paper describes the background and significance of the topic,as well as some related concepts and policies,and then briefly introduces the research ideas and research methods in this paper.According to the current development of the world economy,the impact of population aging on economic growth is the inevitable trend of economic development.The second part mainly for the elderly of the related concepts and economic growth theory,mainly including Modigliani's life cycle theory,the Solow economic growth model.The third part mainly elaborates the basic situation of the aging population in Hunan province and the development trend of the aging population.In the fourth part,mainly from production,distribution and consumption of the starting point of Hunan Province's aging issues were in-depth theoretical and empirical analysis,can see the aging of the population age structure makes human capital stock decreased gradually,the industrial structure changes.And according to the theoretical and empirical analysis to propose a deal with the ageing of the population impact on economic growth strategies,including speeding up the transformation of economic growth mode,to nsapt to changes in the age structure of the population;to encourage social investment of the pension industry,for structural adjustment to meet the diversified pension;perfect community will old-age security system;take appropriate population policy,slow down the aging pressure on social and economic development.Analysis of the last major conclusion is:from the beginning of 2013,Hunan Province savings rate with the elderly population proportion increased and began to decline,it can be said that a few years after 2013 is Hunan Province saving rate by the turning point of the impact of an aging population.From this,we can find that,demographic dividend in Hunan Province has been in the late,and the future by the aging effect will become more and more serious.
