As the increasing number and operating period of domestic oil and gas pipes, as well as the existing problems of human destruction,the defects of construction and the erosion of the pipes, the accidents of pipes' leakage and fracture,or human destructions of the accidents occurred thick and fast, not only causing much waste of the limited resources, but also leading a great danger to the enterprises' normal production. Therefore, it has become the concerning problem of the enterprises and the scholars' studying that how to carry out the scientific monitor of the pipes'operating life-span and how to analyse and make decisions accurately in order to implement the safeguard efficiently. In this passage,according to the long oil and gas pipes' features of complex location and the various factors of effects,we manage to apply the expert system,the theory and the method of the Per-warning System to the studies and the developments of the pipes' precaution system,combining the breakdown-checking system theory based on academic methods.The studying work is mainly as follows.Firstly, analysing the pipes' leakage at length, identifying the concept and the classification of the pipes' leakage further, summarizing and abstracting the five factors that cause the long oil and gas pipes' leakage.Secondly, we analyse the causes of the pipes' leakage by the BP ANN, studying and designing the reasoning rules according to the Expert System,and form the appropriate truth volumes, rule volumes and conclusion volumes.We get the direct relative factors of the pipes' invalidity events coming from the analysis of the BP ANN,using the right-order reasoning model and the user reaction.Then,we reason out the main causes of pipes' leakages and damages.Thirdly, we improve the BP calculation, combining artificial nerve-net's own features,using Matlab to train and contrast,choosing the supreme BP net model, and using the as for the BP calculation'slowness to weakness and conjugate gradient method easiness to shake.Lastly, we adopt the VC++ as the program's language,the SQL Server as the pipes' basic figures stored to train BP nerve-net and data of Expert System's truth volume,rule volume and conclusion volume. We apply the methods of Oriented Programming to design the long oil and gas pipes' precaution systems and finish the core-codes compilation.The study achievements have points in monitoring the pipes' running conditions dynamically and accurately,scientific previewing the pipes' life-span,and locating the pipes' accident dots accurately. Then we can implement the safeguard and protection,cutting down the running cost and decreasing source loss.The adopted study projects and technical methods are valuable to pipes' security study.
