Nature gas, a kind of clean energy, is favored by society as the nation vigorously promotes the development of low carbon economy. At present, the CNOOC Gas & Power Group’s natural gas resources have been gradually procured. The Group Company played the role of holding company or equity participants in many natural gas players in more than 10 cities. At the time, many long-distance natural gas pipeline projects have entered the construction phase. In the coming 3 to 6 years, nearly 6000 kilometers long distance natural gas pipelines will be constructed and put into operation.Firstly, the paper analyzes the purchasing theory, on the basis of the theory, the paper analyzes the current purchasing management mode, the decentralized procurement mode is the main part of current purchasing management mode, the mode increases the cost of purchasing, brings a lot of inconvenience to project. This paper demonstrates some methods of the centralized procurement mode, and analyzes the feasibility of the centralized procurement mode, and an example is used to prove the feasibility analysis, in the end, the paper analyzes a centralized purchasing principle. Finally, using the inductive analysis method, the paper lists the relevant strategies about carrying out the centralized purchasing mode.The group could use the group’s advantage in capital, brand and credit to purchase urgently needed products; the group could allocate the materials among different project companies. The new management mode in Centralized purchasing could reduce the material stock, besides; the material would be easily maintained. The steel pipes are almost always a seller’s market, so we must make market price analysis, so as to sign the contracts in the right time to bear the corresponding market risk. |
