Top Management Team in enterprises plays a core role in making organizational strategy and other decisions. Team members'characteristic as well as their inter-activities, which can be called team operational process, can deliver important affects to organizational strategy and performance. In this paper, we took Yi-tuo group as object of study and used fundamental research combined with empirical study as main research methods. Through Investigation and study, we have constructed Top Management Team operational process model, and we have also discovered the relations between Top Management Team operational process, correlated variable (team cohesion, conflict, communication and trust), and the organization performance. The main research conclusion is as follows:(1) Team members'sense of belonging and morale can enhance the organization performance.(2) Cognitive conflict and emotional conflict both produce negative effects on the organizational performance.(3) Communication methods have no significant effects on communication efficiency and organizational performance. Communication efficiency can improve organizational performance significantly.(4) task-based trust and relationship-oriented trust can both improve organizational performance.(5) Team cohesion, communication efficiency as well as team trust can lower team conflict level. Cognitive conflicts act as intermediary role in the process of team cohesion, communication efficiency, team trust affecting organizational performance.The paper examined the general applicability of TMT research conclusions in domestic enterprises. The study found that Chinese enterprises'Top Management Team operational process has something in common with the west, while there are also some differences, which was mainly caused by the presence of China's unique social and cultural background and the background generated by enterprise systems. TMT researches based on China's environment are more in line with the reality of domestic enterprises, and will play a practical effect in guiding enterprises'team-building and team management.
