With the ever more intense competition in the market place, the original organization function structure can not meet the growing needs of enterprise development, in such a background, team as a new way of working, rapidly accepted by enterprise, and development in the entire world. Whether the theoretical study or practice, the organizations ultimate goal is to create a more performance. So the research of the team performance showed as a basis for the work. The most important is how to integrate team resources, use the team advantage, and explore the largest potential. Not only for a project to select the most suitable, but more important for the team to choose the best mix of personnel.This article has a detailed review of team roles and team process as well as team performance. In reviewing the role of the team, using the Belbin Team role as the basis theoretical for this article, the role of the team will be divided into eight roles by the four types: feeling, will power, thinking and decisiveness. In interactive process used four indicators to measure: communication, cohesion, the conflict of relationship and task. Team performances used the completion of the task, satisfaction and team learning as three indicators to measure. Research based on the traditional model of the IPO model, the role of the team as input variables, team performance is the result of output, the interactive process as an intermediary. The results largely confirm the assumption of the study, the main conclusions are:1. The team roles combinations have varying degrees of impact on the team performance; four types have a significant positive correlation with the completion of the task. The average levels of felling and will power have a significant positive correlation with satisfaction and team learning. The higher the average level of thinking, the more help for team learning.2. Between the team roles combination and team performance, team interaction played an important intermediary role. Communication and team cohesion have a significant intermediary on the various dimensions of the team performance. Relationship conflict just has intermediary on the satisfaction, task conflict only on the completion of the task.At last, the dissertation points out the limitation of this research and the future research direction.
