The outstanding top management team are the main assurance by which the enterprise maintain sustainable competitive. Commercial economic globalization with the increasingly complex environment, the diversified trend of business organizations, as well as closely working, are new challenges to the top managers of the enterprise. In the competitive environment, that the top management team's decision is correct or not significantly affects the organizational performance and enterprise development. Therefore the study of the top management team performance indicators has important theoretical signifieance, and so does practical value.Firstly, the article expounds the concept of the top management team, the definition of team process, team performance and relative theory of domestic and foreign present research, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the study results for the top management team, the article argues that grasping the process is seizing the output, and innovatively propose that team process is composed by preparation dimension and behavior dimension.Secondly, to take the team process factors as the support, this paper design the questionnaire -which are the enterprise top management team performance factors,and then for the effective questionnaire which were recycle, we uses the SPSS13.0 to do reliability and validity factor analysis and correlation analysis, and ultimately determine the key factors of enterprise top management team performance, providing the basis for performance indicator system.Thirdly, in the part of performance indicators system establishing. based on the results of the questionnaire, this paper designs the team performance indicators, and mainly uses PCA , supplemented by subjective experience analysis as the methods to determining indicator weight, in the process ,we use SPSS13.0.Then, the paper has the case analysis of a company which I am familiar with, after introduce the company top management team and with team performance evaluation scores, the paper give some neutral and realistic proposals for the company performance improvement. In the end, this paper summarizes the main conclusions, shortcomings, and future research directions.
