Obviously, family businesses play an extremely important role in the world. Because of the reforming and opening up since 1990s in China, family businesses jump into a flourish time and become an important component of our economy gradually. In contrast with the complication of the foreign family business research systems, the improvement theoretical research of family business in China started lately. At present, the relative researches focused on the growth of the family business, such as:how to change the status quo of Chinese family businesses, how to grow up, how to get rid of the curse of "three generations die". However, how to make the introduction of professional managers into family business successful are facing many challenges. In this paper, the study and survey are in the basis of the literature study. And then it is summarized that the introduction models of professional managers the family businesses in America and Japan. After it, analysis and comparison set off for professional managers in family businesses the introduction of the strategy in-depth reflection and a series of assumptions. In addition, there are proceeded jobs on the family businesses of Hunan and Guangdong provinces as research objects. In this paper, scientific research methods are used to find whether the professional managers introduction of family businesses successful or failure, as well as the possibility of the further introduction. Due to the results of theoretical research, it is built that the influence model of the professional manager introduction of family businesses. The empirical research aims to analyze and identify the factors during the professional manager introduction of family business. Finally, the research data and information would be adopted and analyzed. Then in connection with the different strategies of family business, it is a number of recommendations and advices that are given to improve and perfect the introduction of professional managers. Furthermore, the research method combines the normative analysis with empirical research in this paper, and conducts interviews and questionnaires to obtain information and data, using SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the data and model building.The innovation of this paper lies in two aspects:one is the comparative analysis of the introduction model of professional managers in American and Japanese family businesses. It helps to sparking deeper thinking of the professional managers'introduction in China. The other is the multiple linear regression method is used to analyze the success and possibility of the professional manager introduction in the family businesses, and the main factors during the courses. Although there has been no innovations in research methods, but because the whole analysis is based on the family business of Hunan and Guangdong provinces, which has a certain representation of geographical features and can be used as reference data for related research. The aim of this paper is to improve and perfect the current strategy of professional managers' introduction of the Chinese family businesses.Due to the lack of the research experience, personal ability and time constraints, there are some drawbacks in this paper unavoidable. And taking the research sample concentrated in the Hunan and Guangdong provinces into account, and the development of family business has a certain particularity in different provinces at the present stage, the conclusions of papers may be difficult for family businesses in other regions to make a reasonable explanation. Specific enterprise application conclusions in this paper of professional managers in the family businesses in need of the introduction of strategies to incorporate the actual situation of family businesses to conduct further targeted research and analysis.
