Corporate Finance In The Context Of Logistics And Financial Operations Decision-making Research

Capital is needed to improve the efficiency of logistics. Without the cooperation of capital and logistics, the operation decision of enterprise will be restrained so that the profit of it and the coordination of supply chain will also be affected. Therefore, at the time of "Supply-chain Competition", it is urgent and necessary for enterprises to pay much attention to the logistics finance which can make logistics and capital match better. Based on the current situation, this article aims at researching the finance and operation decisions within the different operation models of logistics finance for those borrowing enterprises which are lack of money on the supply-chain. Firstly, the operation models of logistics finance are divided into two different sorts: agent structure and control structure. Then, according to the different relationships between buyers and sellers on the supply-chain, control structure is divided into Purchase-Order Financing, Buy-Back Financing and Mortgage Financing. Secondly, analysis on the benefits, differences and applications are carried out for those three models under the agent structure separately. And the relevant financial models are built and solved on the cost-profit structure of the borrowing enterprise. Finally, the model and the benefit of control structure—unified credit were analyzed. At the background of replenishment services, we established Cournot model based on cost-benefit structure and reached equilibrium solution of logistics and borrowers, that is, optimal stock and order decisions. The research gave the classification of logistics finance from a new point of view, built quantitative models under various situations. It enriches the theories of logistics finance and also provides the basis for borrowers'decision-making.
