In recent years, with the rapid development of computer and network technology, Internet has been widely spread and e-commerce contains hundreds of opportunities. Information flow, capital flow and logistics as the basic elements determine the development of e-commerce. Cash flow is an important guarantee for the smooth functioning of e-commerce. The appearance of Internet payments dredges the e-commerce activities, when cash flow presents lots of problems. E-bank, third-party payment and mobile payment become the main form of Internet payment, which gradually replace the traditional cash payment and become the main method of people's daily consumption.This paper uses the case study method. By contrasting the business model of Sino-US Internet payment services and selecting representative cases of Sino-US, this paper integrates the differences of Internet payment services business model between China and America and put forward proposal for the reform of Chinese Internet payment services business model. This paper aims to lay the theoretical foundation for Chinese Internet payment services and put forward practical advice and suggestion.(1) Chinese E-bank exist large improvement and development space, which due to later started, Chinese regulatory policies and regulations still incomplete, the significant differences between Chinese and American economic condition and other factors. Meanwhile, Chinese E-bank should pay particular attention to expand of overseas marketing.(2) There are fundamental differences between Chinese third-party payment services business model and American third-party payment services business model. American third-party payment services take unregulated type business model. Chinese third-party payment services take regulatory-type business model. The differences are mainly caused by the gap between the awareness of Chinese and American Internet users, the difference in credit environment and the difference in policy environment.(3) China-US business model of mobile payment services both focus on the near-field payment NFC. Compared with American mobile payment, the main roles of Chinese mobile payment service are third-part payment agencies, financial institutions and mobile operators. Meanwhile, most Chinese mobile payment agencies choose value-added services managing idle funds for customers.Finally, take Alipay Wallet for example, we get the conclusion that the cooperation of E-bank, third-part payment agency and mobile payment agency will be the trend of Chinese Internet payment services business model for the future development.
