There are SOVEREIGN FUNDS in primary form, opened or closed public fund in China stock market but no real private equity-PE) to some degree.Even so, PE, the name is already very famous and popular for long time.As statics, the exact PE in the China stock market already reached to amount of over billions rmb, which became very important role to influence the stock market in China.But PE still was treated at edge of capital market or gray area and relevant regulation and law is far behind its development.Whether to operate PE better or not is not only refer to PE's development itself but also refer to social issues and national financial security.Therefore, the study of PE application in stock market will help china stock market managements to understand characteristics of fast developing PE and give some reference operation models to the professional or amateur people in this business circle. As a practice person in this circle, I am very appreciated to take this opportunity to share my understanding and study regarding PE-how to set up strategic structure and run tactics operation plan in the real stock market.The thesis consists of two parts:the first part is the study about PE operational strategy in the stock market. The study will make comparison between strength and weakness of two PE competitors in stock market, based on the principal of attack one' weakness with others'strength.a. Try to summery the my own strengths and learn-points which I got from competitors. In this way, I can improve myself and achieve more. b. Try to find out competitor s'weakness and inspect myself. Try to overcome them. That is the key for PE to win the market or make profits. Obviously, the above two points will bring the operational PE strategy in the stock market.The second part is the study about PE operation tactics in the stock market. I got some learn points from design of tea pot:the stock market is the complicated polytope. One dimension analysis is just referring to the one aspect of stock market, only one side, superficial, isolated. Therein, try to improve the analysis measure for each dimension which I already learned, which describe the market from its observation point. In this way, the practical poly-dimension space analysis system with poly-layers, poly-angels will be built, which supports this dimension to prove and compensate another. Finally, the 3+1 full directions or dimensions analysis regulation can be applied into the stock market operation with the help of two necessary strategic directions.
