The study of price competition has been an important element in the Economics, in the competitive market many enterprises need to give attention to the price competition. How the enterprises in the market build their price competition strategy can not solely rely on the experience of corporate decision makers, it also need more theory guidance.The article analyzes from the perspective of the game theory, At first introduce the traditional theory of price competition, and explain the essence of the price competition through the game theory; with the analysis of different market structures get a result that oligopoly market enterprises exist the needs of the price competition strategy design. And on the basis of the analysis of the price competition by using the mathematical models in the oligopoly market, use the game theory to design the leader enterprise's price competition strategy. Specifically, this article mainly carries on the analysis and research of the price competition strategy from the following aspects :Firstly, from the perspective of economics that the price competition in a market economy exist inevitability, each enterprise may face the problem of the price competition strategy.Secondly, introduce the basic game theory of the price competition, and further analyzes the price mechanism in different market structures, point out that the game thinking can be used to design the price competition strategy in the oligopoly market. Then expand two-dimensional signal gambling model on the basis of utilizing multi-dimensional Bertrand model to analyze the price competition, design the enterprise's price competitive strategy under single market structure and pluralistic market by using the game theory ; And analyze how the leader enterprise adopt the price tactics when them compete with the follower enterprise under the terms of carrying on the vertical difference or the horizontal difference.At last, on the basis of the above study, this article attempts to analyze how the...
