Financial Reports For Internal Managers Study

Currently, we use the financial reports which turned up in the 20th Century. It is general-purpose financial report for all user, which neither reflects how business is performing effectively, nor provides an effective accounting information.about business development. This paper do focuses on how managers use the financial report, and what kind of role it plays when managers make decision. The deficiencies of the financial report is discovered and the financial reporting systems for the internal management is constructed.First, documents about purpose of financial report comprehensive income statement and the application of quantitative methods in financial report research are collected. Second, Fitting model is established via Questionnaire and correlation analysis. Last but not the least, balance sheet, income sheet sales report and cost report is formed based on the analyse for the characteristic of internal management.
