Cost Of Quality Management In Garment Enterprises

At present, the apparel trades become a whole system. Apparel enterprises of China are faced with two problems. On the one hand, the quality requirements of clothing become higher and higher, but the level of our clothing's quality is low. On the other hand, the advantage of labor force is losing in China. In order to deal with the two problems, the apparel enterprises must adjust the industrial structure as quickly as possible. They should change the traditional mode of quality management and budgeting control. They also alter the situation about lower quality and effectiveness. The apparel enterprises should realize the goal about higher quality and effectiveness gradually.The content of this paper is quality cost management of apparel enterprises. The purpose is that the enterprises have reasonable management, higher clothing quality level, lower quality cost, lower cost and biggest profits. These can improve the competitive forces of our apparel enterprises.Firstly, the paper expounds the concept, development, accounting, analysis, control and optimize of the quality cost. Secondly, based on the investigation and the actual condition of factory, this thesis confirms the items about quality cost, the content and principle about computation of quality cost data; deeply discusses the quality cost data, the control and the optimization measures of quality cost. Finally, the system of quality cost was designed by the technology of VFP. The system can automatically account, seek and analyze the data of quality cost. The results of analysis can print out by the report of quality cost. The database can store the data of quality cost, save large amount of manpower and materials and improve the efficiency. By the use in apparel enterprises, the superiority of the system was verified. To a certain extent the system can improve the development of apparel enterprise.
