Currently, training industry is a sunrise industry on the china's economic market. But even though the market is currently large and has huge potentiality for development, the training of market confusion. As part of the reason for this phenomenon is due to the number of brands train trainers on the market is small and there are many trainers, training institutions, even the quality some of them are very poor, mixed entire training market. In this paper, based on the status quo of China's training market and deep analysis of the characteristics of the training market, it puts forward Trainers branding strategy.The first part of the paper introduced the brand, the concept of the training market, and the corresponding introduced the brand, competition theory and training related theories used below theory. The second part focused on analyzed the facing present situation and existing problems of training market and trainer brand building, and then explained the need for trainers to shape the brand. The third part of the paper filed a suit brand building strategy based on the present problem and facts of the trainer branding issues, including trainers specific brand positioning strategy, brand market competitive strategy trainer and trainer brand marketing strategies.The purposes of this article is to provide trainers brand building for many trains and training institutions to promote the china's training market's health, sustainable development through the study of the paper. According to the characteristics of this study, this paper selected Information literature survey method, Social science research method and Cases analysis on the general. Innovations of this article are the application of brand, competition, and related training theory to the practice of trainers brand building, and construction internal and external channels of the brand marketing division in accordance with the characteristics of trainers brand promotion.
