As ultra-portable and personalized netbooks rise and maintain high speed of growth, the development tendency of notebook industry become people's focus and hot spot. In the face of fierce homogeneous competition and tremendous potential market, the problems pressing for notebook enterprise solution is how to seize the development opportunity of market and increase market share, gain rapid brand recognition.FUJITSU notebook, as one of the six major brands in global market has met the bottleneck in Chinese market, its brand influence and international status is not consistent. Comprehending the current customer satisfaction situation, Clearing influencing factor of custom bought or not bought, thus we can improve service level, maximize custom value, increase custom satisfaction and loyalty. Above-mentioned has important significance for Fujisut's sustainable development and brand awareness improvement.Firstly, this paper analyze the Fujisut notebook's competitive environment and growth situation, base on which we put forward custom satisfaction model of notebook industry combining theoretical basis. We verify the model by means of scientific design, test, demonstration research, and give the influencing factor of notebook custom satisfaction. At last, we analyze the research result, and propose the management proposal and improvement strategy.The method involves qualitative and quantitative theory, comparative analysis, expert suggestion, questionnaire investigation, text induction etc. various scientific management. Research tools use the typical statistical analysis software SPSS16.0 and AMOS 17.0The result of this paper has instructional meaning for Fujisut company which can upgrade custom value and enhance brand awareness by effective action. These methods and ideas have popularity and ductility, and then they have practical reference significance to the custom satisfaction research of the same trade or others, contributing to the sustained and healthy develop of wholly industry.
