Study On The Causes Of The Decline Of Shashi Daily Chemical Factory In Jingzhou

In the process of urban development,the development of enterprises and related industries occupy the leading factor.China enterprise sustainable development,ten years is a threshold,some are confident to enter the world top 500 enterprises have not set out on their own doorstep end up with falling heavily.This phenomenon is particularly extensive in the development of small and medium sized enterprises.In this paper,we choose Shashi daily chemical factory in Jingzhou city as one of the small and medium-sized cities as the case study object which is in the middle of China and analyze the reason of the decline of Shashi daily chemical factory,aiming to providing reference for the development of small and medium sized enterprises and the development of small and medium-sized cities.This paper adopts the research method of case study method,literature of the Shashi daily chemical factory literature review,in accordance with the longitudinal time sequence to clarify its development path,using PEST and SWOT method as analysis framework,respectively analysis the reason from the Shashi daily chemical factory decline of the external environment and internal conditions;using the method of normative analysis and descriptive statistical analysis method,from the point of government and society and business perspective,analyzing the decline causes of the Shashi daily chemical factory and obtain enlightenment from this case,put forward some sustainable development suggestions for Jingzhou city enterprises and enterprises of the same type in China.First of all,this paper lays the theoretical foundation of enterprise growth theory and the enterprise strategy environment analysis theory,brand strategy theory and brand marketing theory,enterprise growth theory of Penrose in the enterprise life cycle theory,the theory of enterprise core competence and Joseph Schumpeter's innovation theory.By combing the relevant facts,sort out the history of the development of the Shashi daily chemical factory,according to the creation,development,prosperity and decline of the four stages of the historical development of Shashi daily chemical factory review.Secondly,the author using PEST and SWOT analysis theory respectively on the Shashi daily chemical factory of the external environment and the internal conditions,and obtain the causes of the decline of the Shashi daily chemical factory:because of conservative marketing strategy,wrong brand strategy and brand operation to ignore Shashi daily chemical factory,it miss brand development opportunities;the relationship between government and the factory and the government intervention lead to deformity inappropriate and irrational enterprise strategic expansion;internal ease and conservative culture and rigid enterprise form a loose corporate culture;frequent replacement of entrepreneurs and human resource slack causes the enterprise talent construction is weak;backward equipment and technology and the lack of the research and development of new products to the core competence of enterprises,so maintain the brand improvement of products have been ignored.Finally,based on the above analysis,the author draws the inspiration from the perspective of the enterprise,the government and the society to the development of similar enterprises in Jingzhou city.From the perspective of enterprises,develop a reasonable business strategy,timely implementation of organizational change,carry out research and innovation actively and strengthen the construction of talent cultivation are necessary;from the government level,the government should make full use of the historical city resources,conducive to the development of enterprise development policies and regulations and correctly guide the healthy and rapid development of enterprises are necessary;from the social perspective,create a stable economic environment,promote the development of city culture construction,suitablely expand financing channels to give businesses financial support are necessary.Thus providing reference for the development of small and medium sized enterprises and the development of small and medium-sized cities.
