When the globalization of MNC's manufacturing and servicing is booming today, the globalization of MNC's R&D is also becoming more popular. After 1970s, the increased pressure of global competition made more and more MNC change their strategies from horizontal multinational localization to vertical globalization and according to the technology and strategies of MNC itself, it adjusts the R&D resource and designs R&D net in the globe. MNC maximize the use of their own technological superiority and the host country's scientific and technological resources, and other enterprises through a wide range of external cooperation, in order to receive the sustained stability of the global technology lead. However, the market is still immature and competitive pattern is unclear.Many countries who want to attract MNC's R&D investment are considering how to set up their local advantage. No region is naturally the advantages areas. So what is to attract transnational corporations R&D investment location advantages? The Impact of MNC's R&D investment location decision-making is by a lot of factors. This paper firstly analysis of the causes and trends of current R&D investment of transnational corporations, in view of the impact of factors affecting the MNC, I establish R&D investment location factors in the index system. After data collection, I analysis of the factors of the Chinese efforts to attract R&D investment. For the results of the evaluation, to our country's current challenges and opportunities advantages and disadvantages in an attempt to help the country to improve the current disadvantage, play to their advantages, and then find its way to upgrade. On this basis, it proposed upgrading of its position in Chinese strategic response.
