Under The Conditions Of Multi-vendor Core Businesses In The Supply Chain Purchasing Strategy

The thought of supply chain emphasize that the enterprise which is in the dominant position is the core of the supply chain. As the leader of the whole supply chain operation and management, the core enterprise should seize changes in the market, at the same time adjust themselves quickly and efficiently to their customers'needs, and thereafter, promote other enterprises among the same supply chain to optimize the process of their relevant operational activities. And purchasing management which is essential to every enterprise is also an important part of supply chain management. As a result, the study on the procurement and inventory optimization of the core enterprise in a supply chain is very important and realistic.This paper researches the core enterprise's purchasing strategy optimization in a supply chain which includes some different suppliers that provide homogeneous product. Standing in the position of supply chain's core enterprise, the paper start from economic order quantity, expand to JIT purchasing and emergency purchasing, and develop decision-making aiming at reducing the purchasing cost, at the same time raising the customer service level. The research contents of the thesis can be concluded as follows:1) During the study of economic ordering quantity models for the supply chain's core business aiming at minimize the whole purchasing cost, we firstly consider imperfect rate without assuming the items are perfect and then consider backorder to build EOQ models for the core enterprise facing some different suppliers in a supply chain. And determine distribution plan for the optimum order quantities from different suppliers;2) During the study of JIT purchasing models for the supply chain's core business aiming at maximize its service level, according to the different relation between the purchaser and suppliers, we build three different game models in the condition that purchaser adopt incentive policy(rewards and penalty) or not. The research indicated that the purchaser's incentive policy can raise his service level effectively, and the purchaser should adopt different incentive policy for different suppliers;3) During the study of emergency purchasing models for the supply chain's core business, we firstly aiming at minimize requirements response time and then aiming at earliest start time and at the same time considering the cost to build emergency purchasing models. And determine distribution plan for the order quantities from different suppliers. At last, an example is given to demonstrate the idiographic operation process of the model.
