With the outbreak of the financial crisis, the environment in which companies can survive and develop is even worse. The invalidity of corporate leadership is the essential cause of business failure. So the fundamental driving force of the enterprise for sustainable development is to study the effectiveness and strategy of leadership in the context of crisis, and studying new theory of leadership paradigm impacted on enterprise development mechanism in depth is the feasible implementation of practicing strategic leadership and responding to the crisis in today's enterprise. However, strategic leadership theory is not perfect and specific theoretical model is lack. Based on this reality, to promote corporate awareness of strategic leadership and permeate strategic leadership, studying in-depth corporate executives on leadership style and leadership effectiveness would have important theoretical and practical significance. Combining method of literature reviews, case studies, surveys and statistical analysis, and basing on previous literature, the paper is to study the strategic leadership of the core and essence systemically, and to re-combing defined. Elaborately analysis on the leadership effectiveness dimension is to propose five aspects of the effectiveness of strategic leadership. Based on the content of strategic leadership and leadership effectiveness, this paper proposes strategic leadership innovative models and strategic leadership effectiveness model. Finally as Shandong Haihua Group for the research sample, the paper proposes empirical testing theoretical models and advance application measure of enterprise strategic leadership. By strengthening the acknowledge and learning of strategic leadership, creating a strategic leadership team, creating a real sense of urgency, implementing confident leadership and effective communication, increasing employee engagement and strengthening long-term commitment to employees and so on, the paper creates a business strategic leadership system in the context of crisis and being the value of enterprise success to survive the crisis.
