With the outbreak of the financial crisis, the survival and development of the business environment is harsher, the effectiveness of enterprise strategic leadership is one of the important reasons for business failure.Methods this research mainly uses the literature inductive method, case analysis method, questionnaire method, model construction. Using literature and questionnaire survey as the basis, from the point of improving the strategic leadership and effectiveness, the current research status of enterprise strategic leadership and effectiveness. Through the study found that in the current violations were frightened of enterprise strategic leadership and its effectiveness there is awareness, popularity is low; the comprehensive quality management needs to be improved; the strategic leadership of the lack of forward-looking and innovative; strategic leadership system integration problems of low efficiency and poor. Mainly due to the enterprise internal development strategy and the lack of publicity, the lack of high-quality, high quality strategic leadership team caused.It is more objective, accurate evaluation of strategic leadership effectiveness, this paper uses the analytic network process established 16 key elements for the effectiveness evaluation of maturity model. By combining the empirical analysis of Fuxing Group, not only to examine the validity of the model, also found that the reasons of the low efficiency of.Finally, based on this proposed feasibility higher hoisting crisis under the background of enterprise strategic leadership and effectiveness of the strategies, the hope of China’s current specific background of the enterprise development reference.
