For the development of sports, stadium is an important material foundation and condition's safeguard. The sports will be impossible to obtain the smooth development without sufficient, reasonable and high quality's stadiums. Although there are not enough number of medium and large-sized stadiums in the sports system, they are gathering places for local sports and nationwide body-building, they also have a strong role of demonstration and foretype. In order to fully understand the present situation of SCS Stadium, and further improve the management,resource utilization and integrated facility value, we have comprehensively analyzed the resource situation, management status and problems of SCS Stadium using the method of literature data, field trips, SWOT analysis and so on, And on this basis, we have discussed the development of SCS Stadium, put forward the strategies of development and specific initiatives to enable them to play a greater role in the nationwide body-building and sports industries.The specific content of this paper are summarized as follows:1) We have discussed the status, function and significance of the medium and large-sized sports stadiums in the nationwide body-building and the development of sports industries starting from analyzing the background of the times. We have also summarized similar present situation of domestic and foreign research, defined the concept and scope of the medium and large-sized stadium, as well as introduced research objects,content,purpose and methods of this paper.2) We have analyzed the resources status, management status and environment of SCS Stadium. The management status is analyzed from the aspects of administrative management,property management and Industry development.3) Based on the systematically analyzed the management status, we put forward the management problems and causes of SCS Stadium. Include management system be strengthened, the business of professional management personnel lack the financial burden of severe, type of business too few single items, intangible asset management lags behind, thinking concepts and management behind the venue overall low utilization rate and so on.4) From the perspective of management innovation, through the SWOT analysis of the development proposed stadium in SC Province positioning, and management mechanism based on the innovative enterprise management model proposed by public institutions; based on the "airport service model" proposed venue of the relevant measures of property management services; based value chain theory proposed a number of measures on sports industry development of SCS Stadium.5) Sports development in SC Province by analyzing the constraints related factors and the environment of SC Province Gymnasium innovative management model support conditions and sequential studies.
