In the complex environment , industry escalating , competition intensifies must make more and more enterprises with a value for customer and return to the customer relationship between businesses and the source, create value. when the market trend and the quality of products and eventful competition and management skills to use more and more aware of excellent customer value is generated by the customer satisfaction and intense the driving force and is the main source of the market competitiveness. Create value for customer to understand and the values, as its principal premise. customer value of research will not only as an enterprise development strategy formulated in accordance with the same is the increase market share and profits. an important means of capturing customer value of the demand and continue to provide the required products and services, or fill gaps in the market trend and guide the consumption will enterprises to win huge returns.The comprehensive use of the experts had an interview, the law, as the analysis, vague and comprehensive evaluation, analysis and the subject of theory and methods of analysis build a value for customer model. in this research value analysis of the model mainly rely on vague comprehensive appraisal method on a target company's value for customer satisfaction by the general situation, a competitive enterprises with the gap between ,of utilizing customer satisfaction theory, all indicators for objective analysis of the factors of corporate customers value, and find a shortage of the marketing services and improved strategy.The main findings are :1. science and give every customer value of the factors influencing indicators weight and expert points determine weight of subjectivity .2. the value of the factors influencing weight and customer value is the actual experience the establishment of a customer value analysis of the evaluation model .3. in a lot of interviews on the basis of science in building the banking customer value of the factors influencing the indicator system ;4.established customer value analysis of the model and empirical analyses.
