With the rapid development of communications technology, the tendency of professional development of telecommunication companies become more and more obvious. All major telecom operators have outsourced their non-core telecom business to concentrate on developing their core competitiveness in order to deal with the fierce marketcompetition. With the rapid growth of telecommunication outsourcing business, the outsourcing market of telecommunications being formed gradually.Based on the good prospects of service outsourcing market , many enterprises have been attracted to enter into this industry, and the results made the competition in this industry become more and more fierce. Faced on the fierce market competition, how to get more outsourcing business is concerned by every outsourcing telecommunications However, everyone in the service sector, especially in knowledge-intensive service industry, is unfamiliar with marketing strategy, so, how to implement the marketing activities effectively in the telecommunications services outsourcing industry has become a difficult issues on common concern.In this paper, we did a deep study about marketing strategy of CY, a professional third-party outsourcing service provider, throgh theoretical arguments and case analysis methods, on the background of telecommunications services outsourcing industry. We try to find a way to implementate service marketing effectively on the service outsourcing of telecommunications.The main contents of the paper are as follow:1. Analysised the formation and the trendency of China's telecom outsourcing.2. Did a systematic analysis of marketing environment about CY, through Porter Five Forces Model, PEST environmental analysis and SWOT industry analysis.3. Used the model of quality gap to analysised CY company's marketing strategy4. Illustrated the relationship among telecommunications service enterprises in general processes and marketing methods by a CY company's implemented project.
