Study Of Western Yunnan Economic Circle

Economic circle, which achieves the biggest economies of scale by sharing resources and winning benefits together, is becoming the new field of regional economic development and research, and is becoming the mainstream of the world by its integrity and the effectiveness of coordination. Construction of the economic cycle development model has become an important feature of economic development. With the successful application and widely acceptance of economic circle development model, vast areas of inland china are actively building the economic circles. Under the strategic background of west development, after raising the foundation of Dianzhong economic circle. Yunnan Province is actively building the Dianxi economic circle to promote the development of western areas, and to narrow regional disparities.The development of western Yunnan must rely on the Dianxi economic cycle. It is very necessary to build the Dianxi economic cycle which locates its core in Dali. But for now, the conditions are not sufficient, and there are many difficulties. Combining with the current situation of western Yunnan, the main problems are as follows:the structure of industrial clusters with comparative advantage is single, and accumulative effect of industry department is bad; collaborative development is poor, and it is lack of convergence between industries; infrastructure construction is poor, and location advantage is not fully utilized; market system is not perfect, and system construction is laggard. Main policy proposals of this article are as follows:foster new competitive industries and characteristic industrial clusters, and improve the competitiveness of the industrial structure in western Yunnan; propel the industrial convergence and regional unifinication of industry, and prompt the resource integration; strengthen infrastructure construction, and improve the location conditions; promote the development of the economy and social-cause in Dali to play its leading role of radiation early; plan the center city group of western Yunnan, and optimize the spatial structure of Dianxi economic cycle; perfect the market system, and strengthen the system construction.
