Differences And Convergence Of Regional Economic Growth. Anhui Province Spatial Econometric Analysis

Based on Anhui prefecture level cities statistics from the year 1998 to 2009,this article studys on Anhui economic disparity and convergence by statistics indicator analysis method and convergence analisis method.Firstly,the paper researches disparity,the spatial distribution features and its evolution of Anhui regional economy in static and dynamic using spatial statistics with actual per capita GDP and financial income per capita as the main evaluation indexes of economic growth.The research result is that, the research reveals the space structure and evolution of the economic ties of Anhui province regional economic after the Eleventh Five-Year Plan carried out.Sencondly, the paper analysis two kinds convergence using convergence analysis method. The fisrt,taking use of standard error gets the result is that the standard error incresed year by year from 1996 to 2000 and Anhui regionalσconvergence is not found, then,a short convergence is found from 2001 to 2004,and the standard error incresed from 2005 to 2006, last a stableσconvergence trend is found from 2006 to 2010.The second, the author compares the panel data convergence model with cross-section convergence model,general panel data convergence model and spatial panel data convergence on demonstration results ofβconvergence. The results show that:the Estimation of cross-sectional data regression is biased,the general panel data convergence model is reliable but not accurate enough and the spatial panel data regression results are not only credible but also more accurate. Through the convergence analysis of the spatial panel data model, the initial per capita GDP and economic growth was a significant negative correlation and the conditional convergence is found, we get that there was a clear spatial effect in Anhui province regional economic,agricultural technology, financial expenditure, human capital have the positive effects on economic growth in Anhui Province, but financial revenue has a significantly negative effect.In the end, the author puts forward feasible countermeasure suggestions.
