As a way of industrial space layout, industrial agglomeration has gradually become a hot academic research because of it shows a high degree of consistency of the regional economic growth since 1990's. This paper will discuss on the impact of industrial agglomeration factors in order to put forward the relevant recommendations of promoting regional industrial agglomeration which is based on explore and experience in the theoretical analysis.The paper includes the following: firstly, based on the review and comment of industrial agglomeration theory, it definite and describe the agglomeration of industry concepts and measurement methods. Secondly, taking the electronic information products manufacturing industry in Shanghai for example, the paper focuses on analyzing the transportation costs, economies of scale and market effects in the process of the formation of industrial agglomeration and subjective factors in the promotion of the formation of industrial agglomeration, using the new geo-economics " the core-periphery model " theory model, and then discusses the general rules of the formation of industrial agglomeration. Next, still taking the electronic information products manufacturing industry in Shanghai for example and using the classic model of Neo-classical economic growth, the degree of industrial agglomeration is used as a separate variable into the model of economic growth to build an analysis framework based on regional industrial growth theory. Finally, using the results of the empirical analysis, the paper demonstrates the positive correlation between industrial agglomeration and regional economic growth of industry, and then makes corresponding policy recommendations on the basis of the above.
