Chinese Direct Investment In U.s. Industry To Choose

With the development of global economic integration, especially since the financial crisis, China's foreign trade environment faced unprecedented severe. Appreciation of the RMB is becoming strong and strong, China's urgent need is to change the model of the economy, follow the law of international industrial transfer, our country can transfer lagging industry to other countries, learn developed countries'high and new technology and upgrade our country's industrial structure through FDI. Based on this idea, it's every significant to research China's FDI in the United States.From the perspective of industrial choice, thesis study China's FDI in America. the research method thesis adopt are that theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis and form analysis combined with graphic analysis. Chapter One mainly introduce Chinese foreign direct investment's tick-tock to America. Chapter Two mainly introduce some industrial choice benchmarks of China's FDI to U.S. Chapter Three describe industrial distribution of China's FDI in America. Based on former Chapter's analysis, Chapter Four is to show the existing problems and influencing factors in China's FDI industrial choice in U.S. and last chapter offer some methods as the alternative solution of the problems.
