Autonomous Prefecture In Western Hunan Circular Economy

With the development of economic globalization, the national resources and environmental become a problem, in particular, the irrational exploitation of resources, inappropriate production and consumption patterns, resulting in the deterioration of resources and environment. Many years, many ethnic areas of China's economic development mainly rely on resource development, development of resource-based industries, the traditional path of economic growth mainly relying on extensive exploitation and consumption of resources. Resource exploitation and ecological environmental protection has become increasingly acute contradictions between the existing resources in facing the industry, environmental and policy constraints become more obvious, is difficult to meet the requirements of sustainable development, economic development in minority areas take any kind of road, which is an urgent need to address the problem.In this paper, the current economic situation in Western Hunan Autonomous Prefecture, as the main analysis of how economic Xiangxi zhou development of West Hunan Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province is located in the northwest of backward. This paper describes the current situation in Western economic development, analyzes the characteristics of economic development in Western states that the Western states are in the traditional economy to a modern economy (sustainable development) into the stage, proportion of agriculture, industrial development is slow, and serious pollution, its low economic efficiency. So what Western states to choose what kind of economic model to gain significant social, economic and sustainable development? The circular economy is just one kind of new advanced economic form; it is a cognitive achievement after the human reconsidering that economy develop is the ruin of ecological environment, the threaten of oneself survivals and sustainable development. The relationship between the humans and nature is form the former opposition to the amalgamation. But the resource recycling and conservation is the core of the circular economy, using the max of resources, the result is saving resources, improving efficiency and reducing environmental pollution. We can developed circular economy from the source and produce processes of the pollutant emissions., promote efficient use of resources, taking into account economic, environmental, social, is the best way to achieve sustainable development. The paper used unifies the theory and practical research methods. First introduced the circular economy and its basic theory, then analysis Xiangxizhou's situation, to think about the condition for the development of circular economy, at last give the countermeasures and proposals from the policy, transportation and technology.In this part discussed the significance and background of this study, domestic and international status of research on the connotation of circular economy, and the relationship between research metrology and framework. This is a follow-up research done some theoretical groundwork.The second part has introduced Xiangxizhou current situation economic growth.
