| In recent years, the rapid development of the banking industry, and the fierce competition between counterparts have put forward higher demand for bank credit asset quality and risk management and management structure. In the meantime, it also tests bank's credit management informative system, for the requirements of its operational efficiency, management mode, process control are also raised to another level. CQ bank's current credit management system is no longer adapt to the present competition and the requirement of improve entrepreneur's management. It is very urgent to improve itself to improve economy performance.This paper studies how CQ bank improves its previous credit management system, and completes the system improvement from the aspects of system support and operational management. Specific tasks are as follows:Improvement from the system support aspect:1. Examine the secondary structure issue from the aspect of code design, and provides multi-level structure improvement methods.2. Analyze why the system efficiency has the bottleneck problem and provide solution.3. Examine the entire system from the system security's view, provide solutions with the combination of the latest MD5 password encryption technologies and PKI authentication technologies.Improvement from the operational management aspect:1. Make use of the workflow auxiliary tools to improve the approval process module.2. Put forward the post-loan early waning solution base on linear regression analysis method to improve the post-loan management.3. Take advantage of the "small businesses and loan classification matrix", set up a scientific classification standard and increase the batch process program to solve the problem of five-category loan quality classification method.4. Give a new thinking on establishing complete group customers unified credit management system from the view of operational management.5. Design a flexible statistical query function.In the end, this paper puts forward the next step blueprint outlook of the credit management system and provides reference for the counterpart banking credit management system. |
