Research On Software Project Outsourcing Procurement Management Process Optimization Of Transfar Technologies Company

Software project outsourcing is a common way in the software engineering. Inthe software outsourcing projects, processes, organization and performance of theproject is difficult to control. So enterprise managers need a complex set ofcapabilities, each of which has the ability to have direct or indirect relationship withthe final result of the project. However, in our country, software enterprises lack theknowledge and skills of project purchasing management, only blindly do with pastexperience in managing outsourcing software projects. Consequently, the progress ofthe projects is constantly postponed, and the quality cannot be guaranteed. Soestablishing a complete process architecture of software project outsourcingpurchasing management is benefit for software enterprise.For the above case, we made a useful exploration in the combination betweensoftware project outsourcing purchasing management theory and the actual situationof Hunan Transfar technologies company. First, software outsourcing theory, projectprocurement management theory and the Software Acquisition Capability MaturityModel were elaborated in this paper, and the problem of disorder procedure, imperfectorganization architecture in Hunan Transfar technologies company are furtherdiscussed. Then, the process for Software Acquisition Capability Maturity Model wasdesigned. At last, the new process was applied in the project of Hunan Transfartechnologies company, and the results of the application implementation wassummarized.The effective of the implementation of software project outsourcing managementprocess optimization schema based on SA-CMM was described in this paper:shortening the software development cycle, improving process management softwareproject outsourcing, enhancing software outsourcing management capabilities,providing a new management model for software project outsourcing, with the actualpromotional value.
