| Enterprise group is a company which is composed of a core parent company, a manipulative role, some subsidiary holding companies, stock-shared companies and some enterprises or units controlled by the parent company. The group's headquarter and its branches, affiliated companies are mainly linked by capital, and form a multilayer stocks holding and stocks sharing relationship. Changing from a onefold operation into a large-scale operation, its financial administrative functions will face a tremendous transition. Accordingly, the enterprise group must establish a corresponding finance administrative system, and choose a suitable financial administration mode inside the group.In this paper, the author starts from analyzing the existing problems in current financial management in the "A" group, then proposes several suggestions for optimizing financial management in several aspects: group financing, finance checking, financial personnel, budget, and internal audit. The emphasis lays on discussing the uniform management modes and solutions for enterprise group finance, the regulations of dispatching financial personnel and analyzing their benefits. |
