C Rail Logistics Company, A Comprehensive Risk Management Studies

With the steady and rapid development of our national economy, the logistics industry in China has become a hot in national economy. To meet the market-oriented reforms, the Ministry of Railways established CRCT and other companies represented by professional transport companies, are involved in the logistics market competition. However, due to impaction of planned economy, the railway companies lack response and management of various risks,which directly affects the status of the enterprise's survival and development. How to do the process in operation to avoid risks, and improve enterprise efficiency, are becoming the urgent problems of the railway logistics enterprises.This article is based on logistics enterprise, the railway enterprise risk management and COSO enterprise risk management integrated framework theory to analyse C logistic company that has railway background status and risk management problems, and finally makes possible risk management solutions.The paper concludes the following points:(1) the railway transport enterprises include the basic risk of the general logistics and the risk of railway transportation enterprises. (2) the internal risk environment is the key to C Corporation to establish a comprehensive risk management system. (3) It's necessary to build a comprehensive risk management system for C Corporation (4) a solution for C Corporation risk management, including the establishment of risk identification, the unified system of managing various types of risk, risk communication system and so on.This paper describes the content, which maybe has value reference for other rail companies in risk management.
