Survey And Analysis Of Business-building Of National Tcm Clinical Research Base

The project of National Chinese medicine Clinical research base construction is going to solve the problems of innovation and development in traditional Chinese medicine and construct a group of TCM hospitals that are radiate impetus in new modern comprehensive, which was put forward in the task the national eleventh 5-year plan. This is a new construction project, which the construction model and management mechanism is still in the stage of exploration. For the base unit and the basic situation of construction progress are not clear since two years ago, it is urgent to carry out investigation to base construction.The purpose of this research is that to get the existing resources construction of the base in 2008 and 2010; getting the construction mode of domestic and foreign relevant research base; summarizing the advantages of resources and problems in base construction; through the analysis of the causes of the problems, combined with the experience of domestic and foreign relevant research base, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. According to the present situation and development needs of TCM clinical research base, it is to provide scientific basis for the development strategy to the national TCM clinical research. This research is expended with the state administration of TCM subject that is national TCM clinical research base resources integration and platform development framework research.The objects of study were 16 national Chinese medicine clinical research base and four research base. Methods:using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, including the method of combining literature, field investigation, and depth interview. The contents include reviewed the characteristics and the trend of TCM clinical research; the policy background, goal, task and current situation of TCM clinical research base; the investigations include three aspects, that are ability construction, major diseases, and mechanism; contrasting before and after the two years, overview the resources of these bases, analyze their advantages and weaknesses; analyzing on research-oriented hospital in domestic and foreign.According to the result, the construction of bases has been carried out in a round, and the infrastructure has given initial results. Basically put in the following problems:The major diseases were in various levels on scientific research; the research team needs to be reasonable; the ability of scientific research and the academic influence need improved; the construction of clinical information sharing system is slow; the definition and layout of scientific research platform need to be improved and so on. In further, the guiding ideology is that major diseases-based, taking more attention on results, optimizing the research point of major diseases. The suggestions include talents construction, resource integration, scientific research management, and operating mechanism. Through the top design, integration of resources effectively, strengthens the protection of knowledge property, win-win cooperation; mobilize various enthusiasm, the TCM clinical research base will be taken to a new level.
